thats not whats happening to me

im downloading it from google there is no internet problems except for that message before the failed forbidden and when i download a game with 7.78 megabytes it does the same thing

i do download it on my bowser and sorry i cant give a screen shot and all i do is click down load it then download as normal it then downloads and when it is almost done it says network problem i click resume and then it gives me the forbidden scree

i need help because ive been trying to make this work for a while but it never works
